At the Sacramento Historical Fencing Academy, we want getting started to be as simple as picking up a sword. Before you commit to anything, we invite you to come in for a free class in a weapon or style of your choosing. Whether you are drawn to the German Longsword, Italian Rapier, or even the LED Saber, we will match you with the right class and let you experience what we do firsthand. When you are ready to dive in, new students can choose from two Intro to Historical Fencing options. The 6 Week Unlimited gives you full access to all classes for six weeks at a flat rate of $200, while the Prepaid option gets you 8 sessions for $160 that you can use at your own pace. Either way, you get the time and space to find your footing, get to know our community, and figure out which classes excite you most.

From there, our ongoing memberships are built around flexibility. The Monthly Membership at $160/month gives you unlimited access to all programs, perfect if you want to train as often as possible. The Monthly Prepaid at $100/month gives you 5 sessions per month that roll over if unused, so you never lose what you paid for. For those who prefer to drop in on their own schedule, our Drop In Membership charges $30 per session only when you check in, with no ongoing commitment. We also offer the Youth Beginner Plan for students ages 10 to 14, which includes 8 sessions for $160.
